1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policies

mcw5 supports a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All monetary transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladesh Taka (৳ BDT). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

mcw5 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in that promotion's individual terms.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

mcw5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe or submission of forged, altered, or misleading documentation.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of pending bets will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to standard processing times. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable upon closure.
